Board of Alpine Housing Development Corporation accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 05 September 2014

Alpine Housing Development Corporation announced that V Karthick, who was appointed as an Independent Director on 24 February 2009, has resigned from the Directorship and also accepted in the Board Meeting held on 05 September 2014 with effect from closing hour of 04 September 2014.
