The Board of Directors approved shifting of the registered office of the Company from its present location at 2127-28, 3rd Floor, Block-K, Gail No. 58, Naiwala Gurdwara Road Karol Bagh, New Delhi -110005 to 203 Aman Chamber, Pusa Road, Rajendra Place Metro Station, New Delhi - 110060.
