Ansal Housing & Construction announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 September 2014 has approved the appointment of Nisha Ahuja as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 26 September 2014 to hold office until conclusion of next Annual General Meeting.
