Board of Apcotex Industries recommends bonus issue

At meeting held on 31 July 2015

Apcotex Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 July 2015, have recommended issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Share for every 1 (One) share held, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
