Apple Credit Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 September 2014, has transacted the following:1. Vadlamani Venkata Padma has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company as per Sec.161(1), of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. JRK Sarma and Vadlamani Venkata Padma have been appointed as Independent Directors u/s 149, read with Schedule IV of Companies Act, 2013.
