Asia Pack announced that the change in Composition of the Board of Directors of the Company due to appointment of Prabhjeet Kaur, as an additional director (Women / Independent / Non Executive), which has been approved in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 26 March 2015 due to change in Companies Act and compliance of the section 149 and rules made thereunder.
