Board of Asian Paints recommends special dividend

Asian Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2017, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
