Board of Atlas Cycles (Haryana) accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 13 August 2014

Atlas Cycles (Haryana) announced that Surendra Mohan Mehra, a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the post of Independent Director of the Company as on 25 July 2014.

The Board of Director has approved his resignation w.e.f. 13 August 2014 in the duly held Board Meeting dated 13 August 2014. Consequently, he ceased to be a director on the Board of Director of the Company.
