Board of Bajaj Hindusthan consider change of name of company

At meeting held on 25 September 2014

Bajaj Hindusthan announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 September 2014, inter alia, has considered seeking necessary approval of shareholders by way of postal ballot for change of name of the Company from Bajaj Hindusthan to Northern India Sugar, subject to such other consents and approvals as may be necessary.
