Board of Camex accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 11 February 2015

Camex announced that Dr. Ram Gopal Gupta has resigned from the office of directorship of the Company w.e.f. 17 January 2015 and the Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held on 11 February 2015 has accepted the resignation letter w.e.f. 17 January 2015.
