The Board of Chemtech Industrial Valves at its meeting held on 07 December 2019 has approved the following -

Appointment of Harsh Badkur, Managing Director as Chairman of the Company with effect from 08 December 2019.

Appointment of Puneet Badkur, Director of the Company as the Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company with effect from 08 December 2019.
