Clariant Chemicals (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Resignation of Viktor Bernhardt from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 12 February 2015, due to change in his global role;
2. Appointment of Mario Brocchi as a Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 12 February 2015.
