Board of Continental Chemicals accepts cessation of CFO

At meeting held on 05 October 2015

Continental Chemicals announced that the Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held on 05 October 2015 have taken the note of cessation of Urminder Singh, Chief Financial Officer of the Company who submitted his resignation due to some personal reasons and ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 05 October 2015.
