Board of Creative Merchants approves sub-division of equity shares

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Creative Merchants announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following :

- Split of 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- each into 2 equity share of Rs. 5/- each.
