Board of CRISIL approves interim dividend

CRISIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 July 2014, inter alia, has approved payment of an interim dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each, for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
