Board of Orbit Exports appoints director

At meeting held on 18 July 2014

Orbit Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 July 2014, inter alia, took the decision for appointment of Pardeep Khosla as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 18 July 2014 who shall hold office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
