Board of CRISIL recommends special dividend

Of Rs 4 per share

CRISIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 February 2015, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 400%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
