Emmsons International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 February 2015, inter alia, had decided/ approved the followings:1. Appointment of Surinder Bhaya as CFO and wholetime Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules 2014.
2. Appointment of a woman director pursuant to section 149 of Companies Act, 2013 read with listing agreement. Soni Jaiprakash Benydin is appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
