Board of Dalmia Bharat approves implementation date for scheme of arrangement and amalgamation

At meeting held on 30 October 2018

The Board of Dalmia Bharat at its meeting held on 30 October 2018 has resolved and approved 30 October 2018 to be the date for implementing the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation amongst Dalmia Bharat ('DBL'), Dalmia Cement (Bharat) ('DCBL') and Odisha Cement, with effect from the Appointed Date, i.e., 01 January 2015. Accordingly, Dalmia Bharat shall stand dissolved without winding up as per the terms of the Scheme.
