At meeting held on 07 November 2014

ELF Trading And Chemicals Manufacturing announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2014, inter alia, has taken on record the following matters:

1. Malini Gaurang Shah, was appointed as an Additional Director on the Board.

2. Shashikant Manubhai Limdi resigned from the Directorship of the Company which was accepted by the Board.
