Board of Esaar (India) approves bonus issue of 3:2

At meeting held on 27 October 2014

Esaar (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2014, inter alia, has approved the allotment of Bonus shares in the ration of 3:2 (Three new equity shares against two existing shares held) to the shareholders whose name appears in the register of member as on 22 October 2014 (Record Date).
