At meeting held on 27 October 2014

Esteem Bio Organic Food Processing announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2014, has considered and approved the following matters:

- Board of Directors of the company has decided the price of Rs. 10/- Each i.e. face value Rs. 10/- and premium Rs. Nil/- as an issue price for the purpose of Rights issue.
