Board of Everest Kanto Cylinder approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 11 August 2015

Everest Kanto Cylinder announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 August 2015 inter alia, has approved the following matters:

1. Resignation of Suman Khurana as an Additional Director of the Company;

2. Appointment of M. N. Sudhindra Rao as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company; and

3. Appointment of Bhagyashree Kanekar as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
