Board of GMM Pfaudler recommends third interim dividend

GMM Pfaudler announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3 February 2016, inter alia, have recommended the third interim dividend of Rs 0.7 per equity Share (i.e. 35%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
