The Board of Gujarat Natural Resources at its meeting held on 04 October 2019 has allotted 60,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each on conversion of warrants. Subsequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 38,75,16,450/- to Rs. 44,75,16,450/- divided into 4,47,51,645 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
