Board of GVK Power & Infrastructure approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 11 November 2017

GVK Power & Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 November 2017 approved the following -

a) Resignation of Dr. GVK Reddy as Managing Director of the Company who will continue on the Board as a Non-Executive Chairman whose office is liable to retire by rotation.

b) Appointment of P V Prasanna Reddy (DIN:01259482) as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of three years from 11 November 2017 to 10 November 2020 without any remuneration subject to approval of shareholders, who will be one of the Key-managerial Personnel (KMP) as per Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013.
