Board of Hindustan Wires approves sale of land & building at Faridabad

At meeting held on 17 April 2018

The Board of Hindustan Wires has considered and approved the proposal for sale of land and building including structure thereon of the Company at Faridabad. After completion of sale the company proposes to shift its business activities to a nearby location on rent and company intends to continue to carry on its existing line of business activities.
