Board of India Cements appoints director

India Cements announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 December 2015, appointed S. Balasubramanian Adityan (Director, Daily Thanthi, a leading Tamil daily) as an independent Director of the Company taking the total number of independent directors to 6 out of Company's total Board strength of 12.
