Board of IndiaNivesh declares dividend

IndiaNivesh announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, have declared final dividend @ 10% i.e. (Re 0.10 per Share) for the Financial Year 2013-14 subject to approval by the members.
