Board of Neo Corp International recommends dividend

Neo Corp International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Re 0.20 per equity share (2%) on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended as on 31 March 2014 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting.
