The Board of Infosys at its meeting held on 20 April 2020 has approved the appointment of Uri Levine (DIN: 08733837), as additional and an Independent Director with effect from 20 April 2020. The Board has also accepted the resignation of D. N. Prahlad (DIN: 00504146), Independent Director with effect from 20 April 2020.
