Board of Ingersoll-Rand (India) recommends special dividend

Ingersoll-Rand (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 December 2019, inter alia, have recommended the second interim dividend payable as special dividend of Rs 25 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
