Board of Innovative Tech Pack recommends final dividend

Innovative Tech Pack announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 September 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.01 per equity Share (i.e. 10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
