At meeting held on 31 October 2014

Jamshri Ranjitsinghji Spg & Wvg Mills Co announced that N. R. Damani has resigned from the office of Joint Managing Director and Director vide his letter dated 13 October 2014.

The Board of Directors have accepted his resignation in their Board Meeting held on 31 October 2014 and the same is effective from the close of working hours of 31 October 2014.
