Board of JHS Svendgaard Laboratories approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 14 February 2015

JHS Svendgaard Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 14 February 2015 has;

1. passed the resolution for appointment of Vishal Sarad Shah as Additional Director of the Company, who has assumed to take charge from the very first Board meeting after his appointment.

2. passed the resolution for appointment of Pradeep Kumar Misra as Independent Director subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, who has assumed to take charge from the very first Board meeting after his appointment.
