Board of Jindal Stainless appoints director

At meeting held on 05 August 2019

The Board of Jindal Stainless has appointed Jayaram Easwaran (DIN: 02241192), as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent). The Board has also recommended his appointment as Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 3 (three) consecutive years w.e.f. 5 August, 2019, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the AGM.
