Board of Kamadgiri Fashion appoints company secretary

At meeting held on 11 August 2015

Kamadgiri Fashion announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 August 2015, inter alia, has decided the following:

- Siddhant Singh has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 01 September 2015. He will act as Compliance Officer with effect from that date pursuant to clause 47(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
