Board of KDDL approves appointment of directors

At meeting held on 28 July 2022

The Board of KDDL at its meeting held on 28 July 2022 has approved appointment of Nagarajan Subramanian as an 'Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive - Independent Director', subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company. The Board also approved Neelima Tripathi as an 'Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive - Independent Director', subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
