Board of Kilburn Engineering does not recommend dividend

Kilburn Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, has discussed and decided the following:

- Considering inadequacy of profits for the financial year 2014-2015, the Board of Directors have not recommended dividend for the year.
