At meeting held on 13 August 2015

MIRC Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Lalit Chendvankar, has appointed as a Head - Corporate Affairs, Legal & Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 13 August 2015.

2. Lalit Chendvankar, Head-Corporate Affairs, Legal & Company Secretary of the Company been designated as a Compliance Officer w.e.f. 13 August 2015 in place of Muthu Elango.
