Opto Circuits (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 April 2017 has approved the following -Appointment of Somadas GC, Independent Director as Managing Director with effect from 16 April 2017.
Appointment of Nanjappaiah Madgondapalli Ramu as Additional Director in capacity of Independent Director with effect from 16 April 2017.
