Board of Panyam Cements & Mineral Industries appoints director

At meeting held on 30 November 2015

Panyam Cements & Mineral Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 November 2015 has appointed Panduranga Rao Surathu as an Independent Director of the Company with effect 30 November 2015 pursuant to the provisions of Section 149, 152 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed there under.
