Partani Appliances announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 05 September 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :

Vikas Partani is appointed as the Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company subject to the approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 September 2015.
