Outcome of board meeting of Visu International

Visu International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 September 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following businesses :

1. Approved the Directors' Report for the year 2014-15.

2. Considered and recommended the name of Directors of the Company whose office is liable to retire by rotation and being eligible offered himself for re-appointment.

3. Sarada P. Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as Scrutinizer for e-voting process.
