Pioneer Distilleries announced that vide resolution passed in circulation by the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 May 2015, Vinod Rao has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 20 May 2015.By way of a letter dated 13 May 2015 which was received by the Company on 19 May 2015, M.R. Doraiswamy Iyengar has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 13 May 2015.
