Zydus Wellness to pay dividend

On or after 03 August 2015

Zydus Wellness announced that the Company shall make the payment of dividend of Rs.6/- (60%) on 39,072,089 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on or after 03 August 2015 subject to the approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing 21st Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 29 July 2015.
