The Board of Punjab & Sind Bank at its meeting held on 05 May 2020 has approved to seek the approval of the Shareholders by passing a special resolution in Extra Ordinary General Meeting or by way of postal ballot for raising Equity Capital up to an amount of Rs.500 crore through QIP route in one or more tranches within the next 12 month.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
