Board of Rainbow Papers approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 16 January 2016

Rainbow Papers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2016, has considered the following matters:

1. Runel Rathi has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and the Board accepted her resignation w.e.f. 16 January 2016.

2. Shashikant Thakar has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 16 January 2016.
