Saumya Consultants announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2016 has transacted the following business:-

- Pooja Sharma has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and the Board of Directors have accepted her resignation w.e.f 01 January 2016.
