Board of Rajapalayam Mills appoints director

Rajapalayam Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company through a Circular Resolution appointed Soundara Kumar as an Additional Director effective from 27 August 2015 till the end of next Annual General Meeting.

The Directorship of Soundara Kumar shall be categorized as an Independent Director of Board.
